The test results summary report for individual test runs is now generated into
its own location,
coreWeb-bvt-struts11

This helps greatly for the distribution test. Thanks for fixing this in time.
There are still a couple of minor things listed below that will need to be
improved and will open an improvment issue to track it separately.
1. the coreWeb-playback still gets overwriten by the latest coreWeb test run
2. I think it is the best to put the testRecorder results into
build/testResults/netui rather just in build directory.
3. There is a webapp directory created under build directory which is not being
used now and needs to be cleaned.
