Generated control bean does not include property getters when PropertySet

If I have a control which uses the PropertySet annotation, it doesn't appear
the getter methods for that property set are ever generated in the ControlBean.
I've attached a small example, I would expect to see getter methods generated
for members of the CallbackEndpointAddress annotation.
