I've done some work on this in the Beehive sandbox/. The following plugins
exist now:
beehive/
sandbox/
maven2/
beehive-archetype-controls
beehive-archetype-webapp
maven-apt--compiler
I've been using these plugins, and it's entirely possible to use Beehive with
Maven2. The compiler plugin is needed to build annotated Java files using the
"apt" compiler in the JDK. The archetypes are used to create template projects
for standalone Controls and for NetUI.
None of this has officially shipped yet, but I'd appreciate any feedback that
those watching the bug might have on the topic.
