I'll let you know if I come across anything. I should have a commit for the files which were causing upgrade errors soon. Then I thought I'd add headers to any source files which are currently missing them.

I know that there are many tests files missing headers but I think people have slowly added them as the edit the tests. Again, let me know if there's anything you want me to help with.
