This is complete with SVN revision 452547.
The update includes an API change in NetUI associated to the API change in
Struts. The throws clause of PageFlowRequestProcessor.processValidate()
includes the new Struts InvalidCancelException. We will still have binary
compatibility but not source compatibility. We should release note this. See
the discussion in the dev list for more info...

Also updated three test recordings for the Struts 1.2.x BVT to account for
changes to ActionConfig.toString(), but maintained copies of the original
recordings to be used for Struts 1.1 testing.
