The associated documentation about building the sample needs to updated as part
of this, along with the README file in the sample.
The work will include updating the distribution build files to build the sample
against MyFaces 1.1.4. Note that the MyFaces implementation also has a
dependency on commons-lang.jar.
Also, the MyFaces version of the TestRecorder files in the jsfWeb test
application will be updated. Turns out MyFaces has changed some of the markup
their faces tags generate such as javascript, ids, white space, etc.
There are no code changes required.
