The tab/menu behavior for the Beehive "Documentation" tab is not consistent
with the "Home" tab. Going to the documentation index.html page does not show
the tab as selected or drop down the menu of options for the "Documentation"
tab.
The reason for the collapsed menu is that the site.xml is missing a reference
to the documentation index.html page mentioned as the indexfile in the tabs.xml
