This is just a contact letter to see where the Bibliography project
stands, what type of qualifications one needs to contribute to the
project, etc... I'm presently interested in the development of a
bibliography project for OOo since I use it on a daily basis. I'm
considering initiating a project of this sort for my own use, but
thought it would be better to actually incorporate it into OOo itself.
