When the QJM (HDFS-3077) is backported to branch-2 and that version eventually
becomes part of the Bigtop BOM, the 'hdfs-journalnode' package will need to be
added to hadoop.spec.
I've been working with a personal backport of HDFS-3077 to branch-2 and
building RPMs, I haven't done anything with the DEB side of things.
