Upon being removed or upgraded, the hadoop-conf-pseudo package removes the
conf.pseudo configuration from alternatives. It then explicitly removes
/etc/hadoop/conf, which is a symlink to alternatives. This is incorrect
behavior and breaks the ability to find Hadoop configuration through
alternatives.
