The usage section of Github's visualization of the README.md at  
https://github.com/apache/bigtop/tree/master/bigtop-deploy/puppet is cut off 
because there is a "<" which is treated as a HTML tag delimiter but is not 
meant to be a delimiter.

We can change the "<" to "&lt;" so that the rest of the usage section is shown.
