It depends on whether you want to keep TestLoadAndVerify inside BigTop or want
to invoke the tests within HBase. I've included a version of this patch in the
code that is committed to HBase.
HBase 0.94.6, 0.95 branch and trunk include the test, so if you are going to
rely on it, we can resolve this issue.
