Addressing [~rvs] offline question: {{internal}} resolver uses {{local}} and
{{fs}} - {{~/.ivy2/cache}} and {{~/.m2/repository}} respectively - and then
goes to the usual external suspects: snapshots, maven2, etc. So, the offered
solution doesn't prevent Hive's build from using online sources of the
artifacts.
