Yes, I uploaded a new patch - sorry the 'patch available' option no longer
seems to be there. The new patch follows sysvinit script recommendations.
Note - there will likely be some updates related to configuration that I fold
into kafka - for example adding additional zookeeper servers - however I'll
do these a separate JIRA's.
