One thing I noticed is sqoop2 has version 1.99.3 in the BOM - Even though we discussed this(1), there is no 1.99.3 yet (and 1.99.3 has changes that changes the RPM spec (for example sqoop client artifacts are now shell artifacts etc), so there is work to get 1.99.3 in when it is cut - that is it is just not updating version spec alone
