Devs today apparently need to pass stuff as -useHCatalog to enable Pig to use
the classes from HCatalog when needed. This seems like an optional dependency.
Is there a goal/time-frame to make HCatalog a first-class member of Pig/etc. in
future, so people need not follow special instructions just to use HCatalog and
can use it out of the box?
