solrd has a simple watchdog routing that relies on sending HTTP requests via
curl. Depending on various configuration parameters these requests could be a
subject to proxying. This complicates things. Given that watchdog always runs
on the same node the suggestion here is to send requests to 127.0.0.1 instead.
