The Ubuntu software center will currently warn that Bigtop Hadoop packages are
of poor quality. See BIGTOP-1105 and parent BIGTOP-1104. This is because the
native parts of Hadoop are placed into packages marked as architecture
independent, which is incorrect. We should create a new arch specific package
for Hadoop, hadoop-native, and place all native artifacts into it.
Also, the Hadoop native libraries dynamically link to libjvm.so, so we should
track this relationship if the packager does not set it up automatically.
