Attaching a fairly straight-forward port from the upstream packaging as a
possible starting point for any further work or discussion. I've created DEBs
on Ubuntu 10.04 and RPMs on OpenSuSE and the contents look correct (in terms of
matching the official packages).
I do notice the packages include all the -javadoc, -sources, and -tests JARs
for CDK and I don't think they should (at least not in the form they do). There
were also some specific JDK 6 and Maven 3 version requirements that may not be
entirely necessary and might need to be removed / overridden for all the
distros we're targeting.
