[~cos] here's my take (FWIW ;-)) I can sort of see the point of what this patch
is trying to do. As a capability, being able to artificially constrain the
amount of RAM/DISK/IO can be a useful way to trigger JVM to go into all sorts
of failure modes.
[~mantonov] can you please take a look at
https://github.com/toddlipcon/gremlins and see if there's anything you can
leverage?
