Yes. Binary tallball is already created. We expect bigtop can keep binary
tallball after rpm build
The use case is to use bigtop to release binary tarball and rpm ball.
1) change code in Bigtop components such as hadoop, hbase
2) build/release tarball and rpm ball in same code base (some users need binary
tarball and some users need rpm ball)
current bigtop behavior:
Remove all build including tarbll after rpm build.
Expect:
We expect bigtop can keep binary tallball after rpm build
