Hi bigtop ! Can you folks +1/-1 this proposal:
** From now on, commiters can push README/doc updates without review, as long as they mention on the JIRA that they are pushing without review. (code review is still critical to the community process, SO to prevent this from getting out of control, id suggest the following 4 rules to go along with this) ** This doesnt apply to anything that is code - even dead or prototype code ** All commits still require JIRAs. ** Commiter has to mention that they are pushing without review. ** Commiter should wait at least an hour after attaching patch before pushing without review , so that others have some time at least to respond.
