Fix For: 0.8.0
/usr/lib/spark/work is expected to link to /var/run/spark/work after
deployment.
However, the spark-core deb package does not include /usr/lib/spark/work. The
Spark service tries to create work folder in /usr/lib/spark when starting and
of cause it fails due to permission.
