Part of this patch is cleaning up the code for uniform execution, so we should
incorporate ToolRunner also IMO. In summary :
- Cleanup the code so that it runs on any normal hadoop environment and takes
proper options
- Remove any eclipse deps from the build
- Integrate and prove that its all working properly by running a build on a CI
somewhere (we can use apache if gradle is properly supported, or else travis.)
