Hi folks!
Finally, the dockerize patch is ready now.
I've placed a README.md with-in the patch so if you're willing to try, take a 
look at it first.

Here're some notes need to be mentioned:
* For OS X, as my understanding, a shortcut is that you can install 
[boot2docker](https://docs.docker.com/installation/mac/) and get docker client 
ready on OS X terminal, in that case you can just skip the step 1 and do the 
reset on your host directly(Hopefully that works cause I don't have such 
environment can do the test).
* If you already have vagrant 1.6+ installed and is trying to install plugins, 
make sure you have vagrant upgraded to 1.6.4, otherwise you'll be suffered by 
this [issue](https://github.com/mitchellh/vagrant/issues/3769) just like me.

Please try the patch out and give me some feedback for any improvement, thanks.
