The smoke-tests wrapper for mahout test-artifacts isn't fully automated and
doesnt work perfectly at the moment.
We will want to update it to properly handle the mahout resources.
Details to follow . for now reproduction is easy, just cd {{smoke-tests}} and
run the tests with {{-Dsmoke.tests=mahout}}
