Very clever, [~jayunit100]! That is a valuable idea.
I'll apply this to the patch soon as this definitely resolve the problem and
remove the dependency on hostmanager plugin.
But there's still one problem left that is vagrant's known issue: ['Waiting for
machine to boot' hangs|https://github.com/mitchellh/vagrant/issues/3951].
With this not being solved, it may takes 10 minutes to bring up just 2
containers.
Sometimes it may even reaches vagrant's timeout limit and results in a failure
on provisioning.
So my idea is to focus on supporting Linux host only at beginning.
In that case we won't need to depend on vagrant's fix schedule nor need to
apply workarounds in order to support OS X or windows host.
However this is just my thought, It would be great to heard yours.
