Creating a pool of JIRAs for Horror Hackathon

I'd like to ask ppl on the list to spend a few minutes and mark a handful of
open Bigtop JIRAs with label "newbie", so that fresh contributors who'll join
us on Wednesday, 10/29/14, will have a pool of tickets to work on.

I will do my part tomorrow afternoon and will appreciate if others can do the
same. It shouldn't take more than 10-15 minutes, I think.
