bigtop toolchain may get manifest from https or ftp as:
/usr/bin/wget
ftp://mirror.reverse.net/pub/apache/maven/maven-3/3.0.5/binaries/apache-maven-3.0.5-bin.tar.gz
bigtop may enhance to get manifest from http since https or ftp is prevented
from company IT:
remove: exec {"/usr/bin/wget
ftp://mirror.reverse.net/pub/apache/maven/maven-3/3.0.5/binaries/apache-maven-3.0.5-bin.tar.gz":
add: exec {"/usr/bin/wget
