The above test is a eventual consistency test , it confirms that
an operation on the deployed HCFS file system is atomic, and
its necessary for certain YARN/MapReduce tests.
I think we can set this to minor : Its not really that important. Maybe even
could be folded into the HCFS tests in hadoop-common.
I will circle around to it once higher priority stuff is handled if [~mbukatov]
doesnt beat me to it!
