After BIGTOP-1574, maybe will be cool to
- add phoenix into the puppet recipes and
- update {{bigtop-deploy/smoke-tests}} for them to so they can run when we
autotest.
Not a puppet expert, but I did some of the puppet work for tachyon so I
understand it better now, can provide some help along those lines if
phoenix/hbase folks want to collaborate.
