I am working with Olaf Flebbe on a project where we plan to use the bigtop
puppet modules for deployment in production. As a first step I've updated the
templates for hdfs-site.xml and core-site.xml as per documentation and our
tests. I'll attach patches to this bug for your consideration and feedback.
