[~dcapwell] Want to take this JIRA over given the work you were doing on
BIGTOP-1607 ? If you're busy, we can just integrate the individual patches
you've been making and I can finish this jira when you're done.
But I think its a good time to just upgrade all the tachyon stuff in one final
shot, since we are very close to having it working perfectly.
Just let me kno or we can chat about it.
