[~warwithin] the vagrant recipes we provide use *providers* not just 
provisioners, so that tests can be run from any system.  *i'd like to see the 
ansible-vagrant recipes do the same if possible.  some folks may not have 
ansbile running on their host.  is that possible ?*  

If not, i think for {{vagrant-ansible}} we should spin up a VM w/ ansible 
installed to do the provisioning, so that the system is 100% reproducible.
