looks like this will be the basic sutff that puppet/installers should do to
bring phoenix to the next level.

- copy phx jar -> /usr/lib/hbase lib on regionservers
- make sure regionservers are started *after* phoenix (this probably can be
done w/ some puppet magic? maybe creating /usr/lib/hbase/lib dir w/ phoenix in
it, before the hbase is installed?)
- add the phoenix client jar to the classpath of HBase clients. Maybe this can
direclty be done when installing phoenix and would require an RPM modification.
we will want to check if its done now.
- SQuirrel client .. not sure if its needed.. but thats one of the directions
in the quick start guide.
