Corrected the spec file wrt. sqoop.properties. I got with a Sqoop developer and
was never able to figure out the CATALINA_* issue, but after fixing the spec
file, rebuilding and doing a fresh install I wasn't able to reproduce it again
either. So I think it's safe to assume that was an anomaly.
