[~oflebbe] Well, the issue actually wound up being my maven permissions, which
seem to have had some corrupted dirs, I deleted those, started over, cloned
the source from scratch, and it works on a clean VM, as non-root...
next step will be
- puppet recipes and
- smoke tests.
please coordinate those follow on JIRAs.
