Sorry, the documentation in confluence regarding svn-settings.xml is plain
wrong.

PLEASE HELP! ANYONE !
The problem is: How to supply credentials to svn? Normally svn asks for
credentials if needed for the first time. Checking out from svn does not need
credentials, and checking in is with --non-interactive !
