- No it's no centos specific.. Just the only place that I ever tested; open to 
renaming.

- I haven't done the hiera stuff yet so no idea, was just looking at vagrant 
recipes which seem to follow the etc convention.  Also feel free to update . 
Maybe I can start testing this wk and update also
