- Remove Windows files (*.cmd)
- Remove obsolete HBASE_STORAGE_HANDLER_DIR
- Fix the duplicated symlink. Now, a symlink for standanlone jdbc jar is not
created.
- Add 'python' as a dependency for Deb.
