Fix For: 1.0.0
{{dfs.block.local-path-access.user}} is deprecated in hadoop 2
instead introduce a suitable {{dfs.domain.socket.path}} config option
and rename the puppet var {{hdfs_shortcut_reader_user}} to
{{hdfs_shortcut_reader}}
