I discovered this when building new docker slaves. Fedora OS has been missing
in jdk.pp completely. And there's no symlink
/usr/lib/jvm/java-1.7.0-openjdk.x86_64 in fedora, we should set java home to
/usr/lib/jvm/java-1.7.0-openjdk.
