Since we're going to support CentOS 7, which has been defined in BIGTOP-1480,
we should have CentOS 7 being able to build Bigtop as well.
This JIRA is to fix the the problem that the JAVA_HOME directory does not
contians x86_64 suffix anymore when installing oepnjdk 1.7 on CentOS 7.
