I have noticed that {{IGNITE_HADOOP_DOWNLOAD_PATH}} in the BOM points to an
Apache mirror, instead of Apache dist. Should be fixed, to avoid potentially
malicious mirrors.
later on we will probably switch to the use of ASF affinity locator so the
closest mirror will be selected.
