The Bigtop issues mailing list has been set up as a privately archived list.
So only Bigtop PMC (and ASF) members can read the archives.
Was that intentional?
AFAICT all other PMCs have publicly archived issues mailing lists.
If it was not intentional, may I suggest the PMC raises an INFRA JIRA to get
this fixed?
