Although this is not the necessary item to unlock 1.0 release, I think it would
be better if we can provide this. The images are needed not only because we can
add CI testing for the docker provisioner, but also users can just spin up
bigtop clusters by two steps:
* git clone bigtop repos
* cd bigtop; ./gradlew docker-provisioner
