The next version of Hue later on this summer needs a few changes for it to
build:
* Add gmp dependency
* Require Python 2.6 on RHEL5 machines
* Strip buildroot out of some .dist-info files
* Remove trailing slashes from some paths that may be symlinks to avoid an
error on rpm >=4.11.
* Change the order apps are installed in.
