Guys, Working on the respin of 1.0 I have realized that this would be the perfect time to fix the licensing issues once and for all.
Hence, I have fixed BIGTOP-1951 (and would apprecite the review ASAP) and also added BIGTOP-1809 as it drops some of the unsed files that otherwise will be triggering false-negatives in RAT check. Hopefully nobody objects this later one. I think the branch is ready for the release now - please review BIGTOP-1951 and I will proceed with it. Thank you!
