The /user/hive/warehouse directory is not created and Hue complains about it on
the front page.
When trying to install samples from the Quick Start Wizard (as user hue, which
is created on the start up page), got the error: "AuthorizationException:
User: hue is not allowed to impersonate sample (error 403)"
