I believe we still use some of the instances - at least for the CI master. And 
of course all the releases are stored on S3, which I guess needs to be moved to 
the new account (?). The timing is pretty bad, really, considering that all 
CI-involved people are in Budapest until the end of the next week. Can we 
schedule the shutdown to say mid-October, which will give us a chance to finish 
the transition? 

Sean, could you communicate the time-table to your infra guys? Evans, does it 
sound reasonable for you as well? Thanks in advance.
